What’s considered a high resolution picture?
For 8x10 portraits we recommend a picture with 2400 x 3000 pixel resolution and for 11x14, 3300 x 4200. If you have an old picture or are not sure of the resolution of the photo, feel free to send it anyways and our artist will reach out if there are any concerns.
Will your site use my pet’s picture?
Yes, by purchasing a portrait from Kustom Pawtrait, you authorize us to use any images of your pet. If you have an issue with Kustom Pawtraits using an image, please message us at the Contact Us page.
At what angle should my pet’s picture be taken?
The angles that yield the best pictures are leveled to the dog’s height, a hi-res detail of the pet’s face, or a picture of the full dog in a sitting position. If you have a unique photo, please reach out to the artist in the Get In Touch section.
What if I no longer want or need a Kustom Pawtrait?
No worries! Just reach out to the artist at Kustompawtraits@gmail.com.
How long does it take to get my pawtrait?
For the 8x10 size, a good estimate would be between 4-5 weeks.
Will I receive a refund if I’ve canceled?
If you need to cancel for any reason within 24 hours of the artist confirming payment and the reception of a reliable source image, Kustom Pawtraits will issue a full refund.
If at anytime a cancellation is requested after 24 hours, Kustom Pawtraits will refund based on an hourly pro-rated amount. (Pro-rated hourly amount).
